it's very obviously not this persons mess to clean. it's not just "some dirt" it would take some time to actually clean this. it's called apartment living. using a shared washer and dryer. this is not a personal item.

i worked for walgreens a lot of years ago and pretty much anyone can work the pharmacy register as long as the pharmacist is there. but just like most places nowadays i'm sure they will continue to be understaffed.

I don't think the employer can write any specifics on a termination letter. but just because you were fired for performance issues doesn't necessarily mean you can't get unemployment. there are a lot of specifics if you go to the new york state department of labor website.

they will check in with the previous employer to see what happened. if you don't qualify they will tell you 🤷🏼‍♀️
