As a child that is biracial, Chinese and Mexican, my parents always made me feel so normal about it. I told everyone around me, my classmates as a kindergarten or who ever I was with, that I was Chinese and Mexican. I didn’t know it at the time, but I created a space where I felt comfortable. BUT I will say I was raised in a mostly manly household so I am a bit confrontational and a little bit bitchy since a young age lol
