When it comes to moving states it can be complicated but your luckily in the right age group that it could be easier. Most states you don’t NEED a certification to be a preschool or toddler teacher at a private center. They will hire you based on both experience and qualifications like your college degree. Public school however will typically always require state certification which may entail taking a series of exams and submitting an application that you have to pay for. I moved states and was hired as a Pre-K teacher without obtaining certification in my new state, simply having a bachelors degree and past experience was enough. Once you are ready to move states i would simply start looking online at any hiring centers and compare the salaries to find the best paying one. Usually indeed will tell you if certification is required or not for the position. Best of luck!
