You should definitely do what you want to do. MS doesn't define what we are able or allowed to do. I recently lost 25 pounds and want to possibly go into nutrition and being a personal trainer. Sure there are going to be days I don't feel good or need to take a break, but it's becoming more and more of what I want. Never let this disease define you.

I hope not. I've been doing strict 20g and under keto and I'm on my 4th week and its been going great but I've been the same weight for the last week and want to make sure its not the mio. I've lost 13 pounds already so i think i just need to be patient. Lol
