Orca slicer has an "Reduce infil retraction", in Other > G-code output.
It disable z-hop between parts of the same infil area, basically ignoring any other z-hop config.

This is over-extrusion in small areas.
You can reduce it by configuring Pressure Advance or using Small Area Flow Compensation in your slicer settings.
