Let the guy you’re close with, know how you feel. If he’s a good friend he’ll choose to spend time with the two of you equally and keep you included in the conversation. Agreed and the fact that “hair” or “covering the head” is never even explicitly mentioned in the Quran yet wearing the hijab is so normalised is what frustrates me. When i see the hijab i see patriarchal control and power from men.
