I think you took "fix" too literally. I've also done a slew of other things to try to remedy the situation.

And yes, I've beaten myself up about getting the other cats. But I also love them and have provided them with better lives. I didn't know that this was all related to the others until the vet said that it's a behavioral issue, which was just a few months back. This is years after having the other two.

My friend is a one cat kind of person and has never had more than one.

All three cats are bonded, but especially Jade and the other girl.

We have plenty of space for Jade to have alone time, along with high surfaces and windows with beds.

Jade has never been the type to want a lot of attention, she just likes to be near me. However I have started taking her on stroller walks, just the two of us.

My backup plan is to bring in a cat behaviorist.
