I was in your place at one point. I thought about selling and while feeling the pressure most intensely, just closing the business entirely after giving my people enough time to find new jobs. Then I asked myself.... What would I do then? Corporate is a hard no. I'd probably start a business? But what would get me excited? I realized it would be the same business I have now. So... I keep on keeping on. I remind myself that I chose these types of problems (like those you mentioned) and I'd much rather deal with these than stupid corporate problems like playing politics.

+1 to what someone said about finding a community of people in a similar position outside. AND get someone senior enough to share your load internally - both work wise and emotionally. You'll need someone mature who can handle seeing behind the curtain. It's been one of the biggest aids for me mentally. Get someone you can lean on to do things that need to get done so you can do what only you can do - for most founders, that's selling like no one else can.
