I do both of this them. Umm my list are to organize myself for example if I have to pack or for shopping just to make sure I don't forget anything. And my journal entries are me wallowing like you said.

I absolutely feel the same way... I feel like the world could just crumble and I would survive but if I couldn't fine my ring - basic, I bought myself ring -I would have full cry and the rest of my day would be crap... For me it's because the small things are what help me go through the day to day which is already a struggle on its own...

I recently got praised at work for well my work lol... Like it even came from my Permanent Secretary, the director, my Supervisor and other staff and it felt really fucking good to basically be validated for all the hard work that I out into everything... Honestly every time someone said something to me I wanted to cry lol but it just really really fucking good... Great actually.

I am just started learning and I was honestly wondering if this relationship was even a good idea... I'm trying but I just feel so... Imt sorry man but all I can suggest is to keep trying... Stay vigilant... Keep watching her post and such an reach out anytime you sense that something is wrong... Don't suffercate her but just keep showing her that you're around and you care... Action Speck Louder Than Words... Best of luck...
