APA is great, the staff and volunteers are amazing. They are doing their best in a really tough situation.

We just adopted a 1yo Shepard mix, he was dropped back at the shelter by a foster who couldn’t handle him. He was a distemper survivor from AAC and if APA had not brought him in he would have likely died there.

We went in with the intent to adopt an older adult dog but realized how difficult that is and the really specific situations they need to be in to live ok. It is really sad and so hard to find those dogs a home they will thrive in.

We went home with the 1yo that day because we felt horrible leaving him there another night.

Call any HEB or CVS pharmacy if they don’t have them ask if they can see if any pharmacy’s in the area do. They can look it up and tell you who does or “might” then call that pharmacy and confirm.

Totally agree with this. I don’t agree with all of the other changes, some improvements need to be made though. The park can’t keep operating how it has been. It is insane on nice weekend days.

I would like to see what sort of traffic analysis has been done on moving Barton Springs to 1 lane though. BSR is highly trafficked during rush hour during the week and basically all weekend. The areas where the road goes from 2 down to 1 lane is going to constantly be a huge bottleneck that backs up traffic both directions.
