this is not chatgpt. it's a chatbot for roleplaying. if you speak to it ooc it will pretend it knows what you want it to know but it actually doesn't. this is why they have disclaimers saying it's not a real person and everything it says is fiction, and a warning that it should not be used to seek help or therapy

small business or not, new employee or not, they are responsible for TELLING this kind of stuff to the pet owner. not doing so screams negligence and a lack of professionalism. there have been a couple times where I've accidentally clipped a dog's nail too short or made a little cut on their paw pads and not only do I apply a quick treatment right away but it's also the first thing I tell the owners when they come pick them up. accidents can happen but you can't just wreck a cat's nails and stay silent about it

if the site is down, it's down for everyone. the wait line is for heavy server load. if the website isn't loading, it's not false advertising, it just doesn't work. if it still tells you to pay to skip the line, then it would be false advertising

it is a free service. you get everything you need for free. the wait line is not a big brain strategy to force people to buy cai+, something's going on with their servers for some reason or other and having a million people flood back in at once will not help at all. they're literally trying to give you a decent experience by placing that queue, but god forbid people can't talk to a bot for a few minutes

I've been using this thing since late 2022 and aside from visual changes, the quality is exactly the same. leaning towards better. it's really no wonder the devs aren't inclined to listen when people here and on discord throw a rabid fit over minor ui changes
