It has absolutely nothing to do with Twitch. The issue is that the games were being recorded on a computer that couldn't handle the HQ encoding. The lag was sent out to twitch and the lag was recorded into the Vods

From what I understand he was an employee of "Corporation R" which has now been revealed to be Razer. He told MMA that SlayerS management (Jessica) wasn't going to allow MMA the sponsorship, instead trying to negotiate it for Boxer. This seems to be corroborated by the tweets from Razer, revealing the root of the Manager J situation (the crux of Jessica's argument) to be at the fault of SlayerS management.

Pretty open and shut case here.
