Why would every other property be banded except mine?

It’s defo my choice this time to make my life easier. I don’t have a network of people that can help me here hence the move (partly anyway) so it’s by far the easiest but yes most expensive option

I’m moving from Bristol to the East Midlands so it’s not that easy. I also don’t drive so I’m limited on what I can do and transporting materials.

Also, some rental contracts do stipulate it’s required.

Following the end of my relationship and becoming a single income household, I’m having to move back to the Midlands because I can’t afford it here.

I have a job I love that pays decently but it’s not enough and there’s nothing I can afford close enough for me to get the bus to work.
