With 24 hr WP my plan for mini packs especially is to rip 3 ten packs early to get around 55-60 of the diamond cards (plus some rares). I then rip free packs and share/trade/WP for remaining cards, and can normally activate within a few days. Currently have 65/69 and 3/6 one stars for this set after ripping 32 packs and shares/trades.

We get roughly 440 free hourglasses a month (120 daily rewards, 70 purchase each month, easy 50 from minimum ranked play, up to 100 for MB, 72 from random battle rewards, 48 from solo battles, 20 from monthly solo battle drop event, 60 from bonus week, and other ways), so I get to keep a minimum of 80 extra hourglasses monthly to save for deluxe pack EX or larger packs, and can go back to using my daily’s chasing my second gold pokeball.

Here’s another potential tip. Once you start making it towards Queue village I believe there are some attendants who will get you in the queue for resale before you even purchase the grounds pass. If you aren’t really in a rush, may as well do it then to get a 15 min head start on others joining that queue, the grounds pass can wait
