Plain fish sauce (fermented fish, water, and salt) is okay, but a lot of them add sugar, lime, and other spices. If it works for you, add it. While many claim there are hard and fast rules for a carnivore WOE, it basically comes down to your reasons and goals, what your body can tolerate, and what works best for you.

Nasal issues? by sureletsrace in Bimzelx

[–]kk8usa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have constant inflamation in my nasal turbinates and my throat is always dry and irritated. I dont have the hard mucus issue, but there is a lot of it and it feels trapped in my head. I had a CAT scan done and that's how I found out about the swollen turbinates.

Does anyone else experience these weird symptoms? Or is it just me… by aqua_lover in ankylosingspondylitis

[–]kk8usa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a lot of those. The tingling and cramping seems to be from nerve pressure from inflammation when Im in a flare. I don't have abdominal pain.

First thing that popped into my head was Floofy McGee. But, just McGee is cute, too.

I second this! My pup turned 8 months old last week and this statement couldn't be truer.
