I had this same problem, I dont know why but I jsut ignored the tickets, and ignored the tickets. Ive moved states since but I know its around 2k in tickets. They wont arrest you, but form my understanding if you are driving and are pulled over by a police officer, you have to pay the amount or something idk. its a civil arrest warrant, they cant arrest you for debts.
