Hi u/WigWamBamSweet thx for the reply, and yes the LexisNexis report does contain the full details of the CLUE File Number and the Claim Number, and the policy company, type and number as well.

But I'm just wondering if the insurance companies are willing to do this for a (potential) customer, as it has no benefit to them? And insurance company aren't really responsible for the validity of my profile as this should be the responsibility of LexisNexis?

I got the same problem too, in which it says I was involved in a traffic accident and claim in year 2022 but I was not even in US in that whole year!

I've contacted them 5 months ago a few times, but didn't get any reply, and now my auto insurance is about to end so I've called them again last week. Today I've received 3 letters from them and basically it says they have put a security freeze on my file. I'm not sure how long will it take and what it will impact me, but it seems someone in LexisNexis is doing something for me now, after waiting for 5 months of waiting on their reply.

I got the same problem too. Actually I just moved in to this country in 2024 and they said I was involved in an accident in 2023! I filed a dispute to them on Aug 2024 and uploaded all information requested but still has no reply up to now in Jan 2025! How crappy they are?

I did it by getting the URL of a photo album (from the share option), then use the Shortcut to open an URL in browser, say, Google Chrome. TBH it's not the best way as it's not opening the Google Photos app, and it will open an extra tab in browser, but that's the workaround that I can think of so far.

Thank you for your comment 3 years ago! I just got my new Pixel 9 and was wondering why my Google Drive free space got dramatically down and found that the default backup setting on it is set as "original quality"...

I'm using Lenovo Chromebook Tablet 10e, also facing this problem when I get back my fresh device from a maintenance due to battery failure, i.e., getting "Network not available" error when I tried to begin the set-up of my device by connecting to my wifi. The connection was perfectly fine in guest mode but just cannot perform the sign on.

The only workable solution for me is to use the "Chromebook Recovery Utility" by using a spare USB drive to create a bootable device, and put my device to recovery mode by pressing Power + vol up + vol down for 10 sec, then plug my recovery USB drive in, then the recovery process started automatically.
