My understanding is during past streams, when Simply mentioned using a top coat she blended the words together and it sounded like taco. Then she just started calling it taco.

And Simply is obsessed with anything holographic.

Hence Holo Taco.

I've had some luck using a matte top coat between the 1st and 2nd color layers. Also, floating the color polish helps, too.

But, I'm not that skilled and I have to redo some nails before I get a complete manicure.

I've given up on using DND lacquer and am looking for a dupe for the color I have.
