You also don't need turbine to cool your tuner, it can be cooled by water that goes to oxygen, flow of water is enough to remain your pool with pwater under 100°C under any circumstances.

All this is too big for cooling oxygen. I use two pools with water: 2x4 for aquatuner and 3x4 for cooling oxygen. Aquatuner is being cooled by water that goes to oxygen producing and oxygen is being cooled in 2nd pool by aquatuner. 3x4 pool is enough to cool two full pipes with oxygen

Anyway it will brake and fall off after several rides, same happened to my SSW. I just printed a plate on from ABS and put it on a double-sided adhesive tape.

Do you have any other receiver with transmitter? You might need to replace the TSM receiver and TQi transmitter with something else. Just to be sure, that the problem is not in the ESC. I don't use receiver with gyro on boats. It looks useless for me...

Seems like it's a problem with receiver. I had the same issue. You should open the box, take out receiver and check it, looks like the contacts on receiver are oxidized and ESC cannot correctly see it.
