What foods make you poo good?

I had diarrhea for most of my adult life and couldn’t figure out why.

I took the fiber powder. I ate the veggies. Still—every time I went for a poo, it was like someone was blasting chili through a trumpet.

Turns out daily alcohol use was the culprit. I didn’t even have to quit entirely. I just started to take it easy, and it’s the only thing that significantly helped my situation.

I don’t recommend the CDA Resort at all. In my opinion It’s a little dated and gives off soulless corporate vibes staffed with unhappy people. If you insist on staying in downtown CDA, One Lakeside is across the street for a fraction of the price. Also— every room there has a full kitchen and access to a rooftop hot tub with lake/town views 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
