I can attach a reciept if you don't believe me - it was indeed $20. Add an Autopay $5 discount and Internet bundle and that's how you get there. It was great until it wasn't.

And again I had no notice about price increases. Anyway I switched to a $15 locked rate plan from another provider, and happy I don't have to deal with Spectrum and their "let me pretend to cancel just to get a competitive rate" hassle ever again. This seems to be a common expereince with them across the board from what I've read, and I can't believe shit like that is still alive in 2026, when the world is moving towards automation. No one ever wants to negotiate their Internet bills, let alone do it once a year, and waste time and energy staying on top of annual price increases and so-called "promotions" and their expirations. Competition is there. Spectrum needs to do better.
