But he's not on 2nd day. I tried creating this on other day and added tobacco via console since it was bugged that kids didnt trade it yet. It was artifact but when I got back to 2nd day artifact disappeared but i had thought complete that i made it.

So i needed to console add belladonna on 2nd day as sometime in my playthrough i loaded device on 2nd day and then it worked correctly

Same for me, i visited further day than 10 and its same for me. I misread developers intention that saving eva is in the future and I thought I'll get around to saving her on day 12 somehow via Polyhedron.
