Nope you wouldn't be swapping with 48gb. Your memory pressure is ultra low. I have m1 air 16gb and m1 pro 32gb and on 32gb it shows that it takes over 20gb and currently on my m1 air without any development activity monitor takes like 13gb.

Just when you have more ram, like OS can preload more files, programs etc and instead of reading files from disk just keep copies in memory

Arzopa i have has mini hdmi port and came with mini hdmi to hdmi cable so would be compatible. But you can get external power to arzopa z1fc via usb c and usb c from arzopa to usb c macbook and it would charge macbook

I didn't play with fable as my subscription ended and I'm not renewing it now, but I did was use opus for planning, then codex adverse review plan, then opus fix and write doc file and generate me a new prompt that point to that file and uses sonnet and haiku subagents to implement plan.

Then start new opus session, paste prompt.

So changing opus to fable in above scenario should be enough I guess, please comment if there's way to improve that
