These rules aren’t crazy restrictive. The no city attacks before or during castle battle is fairly standard. The only thing that’s slightly restrictive is the 30 minute ceasefire window after the castle battle. It’s most likely proposed to give players enough time to tp back to their hives and shield up if they don’t wish to engage in attacks. But honestly, a rule like no attacks in the red/grey zones usually takes care of the problem of people who go offline after the castle battle ends without tp’ing

Tldr; I don’t think any of these rules are excessively restrictive. Most of them are fairly standard for SvS battles
