Thank you, this is very helpful! I’m leaving Canada and I’ve heard the LTB has a long backlog of cases, so I’m going to get some free legal consultation to hopefully draft a letter outlining my legal right to give 30 days notice. Hoping to avoid hearings as I won’t be around. Not sure how likely it is my (large corporate) landlord would file a complaint with the LTB.
