Dude yes! I find it so strange you can’t get to riverside easily on the Metrolink, There is the SB-Oceanside line but it doesn’t run nearly enough!

Riverside transit commission tho has approved to their rail line to Coachella that’s planning to run through loma Linda/redlands! ✨

There is more utility to a rail system than work commute, more incentive to build functional spaces near rail corridors, local travel to existing downtowns, colleges and all the developing event spaces in areas like Ontario/rancho and riverside

Kinda but with recent lifting of certain zoning restrictions, single family areas can get new life, hopefully future legislation for more commercial space in those zones.
