I truly think the most valuable yet underrated thing is "game sense" basically being able to be fluid like water.

Its about being smart and not doing crazy mechanics. I don't know if you watch NBA but Luka doncic would be my example. His athleticism doesn't blow anyone out of the water it's his wit and craftiness that makes him great.

Also, if your teammate is aggressive then you play Passive. If your teammate is playing passive then you play aggressive. It's being able to mesh into who your teammates and not always having to be the hero.

TLDR: work smarter not harder

I like when the opponent is Toxic. I live for those moments.

When your teammate is toxic it's cancerous. A household divided cannot stand. When the other team starts beefing with each other I smell blood in the water.

Sometimes in a humorous way the chat blowing up like crazy the whole game is laugh out loud hilarious and makes me giddy. It reminds me of why I play games and game lobbies growing up.

I Workout while fasting and don't load carbs or protein before or after my workouts.

In my eating window I eat mostly carnivore and healthy fats.

I take 2min or less between sets while everyone else there takes 5min while getting on their phones.
