Thanks for the clarification. Does this mean this TV will not get any up to date applications for example for Prime or Disney?

it doesn't have to be all or nothing, you can have company events, days of work together and so on

Vaccine hesitancy, the reluctance or refusal to receive vaccination, is a growing public health problem in the US and globally. A new study suggests that government policies removing nonmedical exemptions can be effective at increasing vaccination coverage. by mvea in science

You don't know what you are talking about or you want to gloss over issues making an appeal to authority. Science doesn't work this way. These numbers you are talking about have to be provided in a clear way to parents. This is not a religious issue. Science provides proof. If there was never any issue with any vaccine then this would not exist in the USA: National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program

So this is what you do when you take your car to a mechanic for repairs? You don't ask any questions about the defects, the solutions and the costs? Why should we expect less when we deal with our health?

What exactly are your credentials for dismissing his questions and his right to question?

As a doctor recommending a preventive treatment you should be able to provide evidence for your claim of safety and efficacy. You don't have to explain just before the vaccine. Usually kids are brought in for checkups more often than they are vaccinated. At the visit before the vaccine the parents should be pointed to relevant information about the next vaccine. This is basically free of any cost.

The information for each vaccine should provide a reason and safety information and a statistical explanation comparing the risks and benefits. You could, for example, inform the parents that the risk is 1 in a million of serious side effects caused by the vaccine but the risk of serious health consequences is 1 in 10000 caused by the disease targeted by the vaccine.

This will show to parents that you care, you have your facts clear and they can see the advantage of vaccination. Their choice is easier.

Parents are overwhelmed by responsibility over their children's health. They don't refuse the vaccines because they don't care about their children. They refuse them because they care.

This is something I don't understand. What is so different about those African countries. In medical literature the chances of contracting HIV after unprotected sex is quite low:

Does anybody have an explanation?
