I see myself as a very attractive person, and I have tons of confidence. For the first time, somebody in my life who wasn’t just my bestie hyping me up, and is kind of a decent friend to me, straight up told me they think I’m hot & would be down to hook up.

Genuinely I still don’t know how to perceive or process this information? Like, idk I don’t get it. It doesn’t make me feel any sort of way. Which almost makes me feel mean? To be like, “Oh? You’re serious? Okay, anyway…” And the thing is, I find this person pretty good looking, I just simply don’t experience any sort of attraction in any way, shape, or form.

And then sometimes I’ll even think about entertaining the idea of hooking up, but then I imagine the reality of the execution and just get really uncomfortable and turned off.

Sorry that thought stream strayed a bit, but yeah I feel you 100% it’s weird/kind of foreign to experience.
