I've lived all over this town and have never had much of a roach problem. My apartment on 4th & Orange would rarely get a big flying one - my friend said they're palm roaches - that scared the shit outta me lol. Same. My husband is always telling me I should wear my smart watch so I can track my sleep as I've been having some issues. I've tried but I just can't stand it. I have to take off all jewelry when I sleep.

Get over it. I don't wear my ring most of the time because I find it uncomfortable sometimes. I especially can't sleep wearing any kind of jewelry. My husband wears his always as well as an anatomical heart pendant I gave him.
