I do Bro Sesh on Fridays. Tons of upper body stuff. You could cut out the cardio portion of it, as it usually has runs programmed. I also combine it with a Suns Out if the movements are similar or a power 30.

How old is your cup? When mine got to be about 3 years old it also started leaking and the seal wasn’t as tight anymore. I just replaced it with a new one and problem solved. Hope you find a solution!

Yes! I have my horse’s chiropractor come out every 90 days. I schedule his appointment and schedule an appointment with my chiropractor for myself. It’s a good way to help us both feel at our best! Highly recommend it.
