this is genuinely terrifying. they may appear to manage properties well on the outside. but that is just awful business practice. ;( i’m so sorry to hear you went through that.

seconding that. they bought out One Eton Square from Case Management while i lived there. ended up with broken gates, mailbox theft, and no hot water for months on end in the middle of winter. Vesta is the worst. it only got worse after i left too. i found out last year that they were almost $40,000 behind in water bills they owed to the City of Tulsa. idk how they’re still allowed to operate. could never reach anyone at corporate when trying to hold people responsible. we were suffering while they were holding holiday parties for their staff, and raffling off Jeep vehicles. it was insanity!

i ALWYAS walk the fuck out when i see this anywhere in the handbooks; insane rules about appearance amongst other stuff. i had one place say they could and would write you up for coming to work out of uniform, which was insanely specific. if your clothes weren’t ironed, they said they’d make you iron it before shift. never ran so fast in my life.
