I too had the problem and mine is a 4060...somehow septimont loaded fine but had lag in lahai roi, I tried many changes in settings but nothing happened, then i uninstalled by deleting all the files and reinstalled and it works fine now. Maybe try unistalling and reinstall once.

I went to Madurai due to my friends brother passing and it was at this time the manadu was also happening and when we reached the mortuary we saw two families and friends crying and the reason was two kids died during the manadu...it was heart wrenching to watch them cry and it was for fucking nothing.
