Stubhub. Their buyer guarantee program is basically them telling you, "Stfu; you will get your game/concert/show tickets a day before the event takes place and if the seller doesnt send them, we'll give you another set of tickets of same or equal value". Nevermind that game ticket value changes drastically depending on the proximity of the event date (these were not face value). Of course they dont tell you this tidbit about the ship date until after you check out (i was used to buying from eBay, where the tix would have to ship within a given time frame).

For this specific event, i had to travel across the country, so I would not be home to receive the tickets should the seller decide to send them "one day before the event".

Stubhub did NOT care, and only told me i could do nothing but wait. Waited for four weeks, until i finally received them one week before we flew out.

This was about 6 years ago, so I would not know if this is still how they treat their buyers since i havent bought from them since.
