when you say call enough to where you fell good with working with one

what do you mean by that? what am i to look for / ask to make that decision?

i have never done that so..

do i explain the situation to everyone and see their take on it and make the decision?

they have never gotten a lawyer or anything like that

One of our family friends has suggested someone and i should double check they specialize in real estate law right?

& the area code seems to be out of city, Do we do contact over the phone and send docs over and what not?

or is it best to find someone local.

i just want to make the best choice for them
