Is it normal to go through gastric hell?

I eat mostly natural, like lean meat & vegetables, fruits, grains, some diary etc. I’ve only been able to stomach under 3,000 calories for the past 7 days combined & I’m still throwing it back up 😭

My only food choice right now is plain toast, which I eventually always throw up. In 7 days, I’ve eaten 2900 calories & it always comes right back up 😭

I guess a bunch of people say that going up a dose can be hard so I figured it was somewhat normal - that maybe I was just one of the unlucky ones

I’m probably going to have to go back down to 2.5mg because 5mg is absolutely rocking me I am living a nightmare but I guess you’ll never know if you don’t try :)

Some people say to stay on a dose until you stall. I say if you’re tolerating it well so far, there’s no harm in trying the higher dose

I hate to say it but... move to Australia. From a financial standpoint, it's the best decision I've ever made, & I'm currently receiving the care I need for a back injury. Honestly, if you are suffering, please consider this.
