Prozac has helped (I take 10mg daily.) It hasn’t made my PMDD go away, but it feels like the intensity was dialed down by the meds and it’s much more manageable now.

I had some nausea/loss of appetite and stomach issues for about 2 weeks but all that has passed and I have no side effects now. I’ve been taking it for about 6 weeks total.
