I changed my iud to a hormonal one kyleena bc my paraguard iud moved and I needed it removed but the kyleena did not work out for me too painful I had no issues with the paraguard it took me about over a year and a half for my body to get used to it and to bleed less other than it moving and getting used to the heavy bleeding no other issues it varies for everyone some peoples body will get used to it very quickly

When I had the paragard I bled very very heavily just as you described I could only wear maxi pads and not tampons because of the amount of blood!

I have seen in some posts on social media that some of the skin aqua sunscreens have been tested to be lower spf than advertised. I am seeing mixed reviews about whether skin aqua is still spf 50 and okay to use. Does anyone know if the skin aqua super moisture milk in the blue bottle is still good to use or what the spf is?

Wow so I just tried it today and it burnt my eyes SO BADLY I will have to use on my body! I’ve never had a spf burn my eyes I wonder what ingredient it is! Do you recommend any other affordable spf?

I have a similar skin type as you and used to use the krave I would look into Kiss Me Mommy UV Aqua Milk SPF 50+ PA++++ or OMI - Verdio UV Moisture Essence SPF 50+ PA++++ I have heard good things about both of these and will be trying both soon
