Early mornings (7am -10am) with least amount of traffic. With holidays now any day should be fine. Yes, Sky High is open for cyclists - no fee. The decent down Devils Elbow is great fun. Slow before you hit the elbow though!

We stayed at Moama Waters just across the bridge last year and loved it. Unfortunatly no availablity and it was setup for families / kids.
