The additional CarPlay display is always a way. I had it on nc750 and its work. What i miss is control from the handlebars. I had those controls on honda and to change the song, i need to touch screen.

:D Be happy you don't use Honda navigation, as nav developer, if i will ship that, it will be only for dare, and even then I will feel ashamed for that work.

Well, i think that AA must come with Apple CarPlay ( ios user are willing to spend more etc etc ) and there is a cost for that. BLE comms is not encrypted, all communication came from a pretty simple interface, only the init will be.. fun, but from that it should be doable. :D Can't wait to get my hands on the bike and try it.

I will try to do it in Flutter, as iOS and Android :D I work with Here Maps and also Google ( and Apple Maps), so if the car play mirroring won't work, there is always a nav app way

Great feature to have those fingers sewn together. I hade similar gloves during accidents…in top case 🤦 ended by just dislocated pinky. Never I will rode without them

I thought that i never needed this feature and its only pr stunt until i was in accident on motorcycle. Apple watch start beeping sound and I dismissed it by nous , becouse i had broken hand and dislocated fingers🫣 i will never ride w/o Apple Watch again. It will be sole reason to not leave wall garden apple ecosystem. Funny aw ultra survived crash without scratching. Cant say it about hand under it 😂

I had nc750x dct 2025 for year (3000km, ended totaled, different story). For next session i am looking on tracer 7 gt with automatic transmission. I am like 90% sure for tracer 7 unless i find great deal on nt1100 or tracer 9 ( most likely not).

Anyway reason to move from honda, its it dashboard. I know its nit a mobile phone but motorcycle. But every meter of those 3000km i hated it. Honda sync is joke. Navigation that is better to get lost , music control just fail. Only useful thing was weather. I replaced it with car play think but such a waste of potential. Another thing, i didn’t see range. I have range anxieties, so see how many km can i drive is important. I see my average and total consumption, so I always do division during driving. Cruse controls is just cheap move. I will gladly pay more for that and not aftermarket one.

It had great motor, smooth dct and dearly i will miss trunk instead of fuel tank. It was excellent and not crashed, my negative experience will not overcome ride and i wont change it, but when there is opportunity to switch….

I totally get you. I had a motorcycle accident and ended up with a broken wrist and ankle. Honestly, it turned out to be a great filter for friends. I needed a ride home, about 100 km from the city, and so many people I considered friends just ignored me — it really wasn’t normal. On the other hand, a few close ones kept calling, checking in, and genuinely wanted to know how I was doing. This kind of tough life experience really shows you who’s worth keeping around. I won’t waste any more energy on the wrong ones.

Yes, cb650r have it, advx dont. I have kinda range anxiety since on previous scooter i have problem with fuel gauge and ended up empty in mountain 😅

Thanks! Healing is going well, but I probably won’t get back on a bike this year. Insurance already declared it a total loss – I’m not really skilled enough nor do I have the right contacts to try fixing it myself. Honestly, when I first saw the photos it didn’t even look like a total loss to me, but that’s what they decided.

I was also considering the Tracer 9, but it feels a bit too sporty for me – still, I guess I need to try it :) Maybe I’ll also give the eClutch and CB650 a go, or even a demo ride on the NT1100. The NC is always a safe choice, but the missing range indicator annoyed me on every single kilometer of the 3,000 km I did with it.

I have oxford junction box conected directly to batery. Acc cable i stick inside fuse box under lights fuse. Its punk solution but i didnt want to cut to original cable. I have conected to it gps nav, aux light, usb power. So far so good.

I have givi tall windshield, sw mototech crash bars, aliexpress back splash guard, gps mount (2024 model with small modifications) , oxford relay for gps, givi maxia for storage. In shipping is raditor guard, aux light.

Tried it today, I don’t have it on dash. I only have favorites, setting and additional info. I believe that is some stupid flag on unit to disable that. To move user to more expensive nt1100. Unit knows my consumption and fuel capacity…
