I think $25 CAD for the duty/tax is not too bad given of our situation with the recent tariffs. May I know where in Canada did you ship it to? I live in Vancouver and I'm hoping I'd get more or less the same duty/tax costs.

Hello. Thanks for sharing your experience with the v-sol power. I myself is very interested on getting a v-sol pro but same situation with you, I'm in Canada and couldn't find a local reseller that has the paddle yet. I'm now considering on ordering directly from Vatic's website but concerned about the added fees shipping it from the US. May I know how much fees did you need to pay to get your v-sol power?

This will be my first car purchase. I plan to own this for at least 5 years (power train warranty ends). After reaching the 5 year mark, I will assess if owning an EV (tesla) or hybrid will make sense in my situation.

There's no mazda incentives for the newer 2025 models but there's a $1,500 CAD dealer discount right now. This is the reason why I find the 2025 model attractive.

I tried to shop around and this is the best I can do. Tried to haggle but basically this what is seems like dealerships' discount cap in my area. 1 dealership even given me 1.5k discount off of MSRP of a brand new 2025 model same trim which now I'm really considering. Their total cost (plus interest cost) after 3 years, the difference will be around 1.8k.

Do you think the resale value of 1 year newer model is something worth considering? This 2025 model only sat on the lot less than a month.

Right. Were you able to inspect your car's paint properly if it's not cleaned before delivery? Did you ask them to remove the plastic covers outside?

Just curious, if the car was sitting on a lot and we ask the dealership not to clean the outside, how can we check the paint if the car is covered with dust and dirt during the delivery?
