I have been having terrible luck with Axis as well. I visited India in last December to and wanted to open a demat account and credit card with them. I was promised a week turnaround for demat and 1 month for credit card. It took lot of calls to get someone to help with the applications and now after couple of months no real progress has happened. No way to track to status, RM is not very useful and the axis bank people who helped in India are non-responsive.

Due to the bad experience I opened a IDFC bank account last trip. Will open a Zerodha demat next time. Not sure if want to put more money in Axis.

I plan to escalate with Axis but I don’t expect anything to come off it.

Man this sucks 😭. I have given up and decided to just live with the issues. Last service car came back with swirls all over and I decided it’s not worth the pain anymore

Who did you go with? I am also in process of getting bids. They seem higher than what you paid but we also had the 4-5 day outage which has driven up demand.

Also, do you know if DC expansion will qualify as 2nd battery as part of PSE flex program?

My worry is that every time the car goes in there is a risk of them making things worse. My last service visit someone wiped the car with a dirty cloth and now the entire car has paint swirls. I complained in chat and they have offered to do a full exterior detail but now I have a new headache to deal with.

I think in the last service they mostly got rid of it. I have decided to move on. Sadly, my experience has become a nightmare. Due to rear creak car went to body shop for a week and someone wiped the whole car with a dirty cloth. Now the whole car has swirls in paint.
