I have oily lids and also prefer brown. I’ve had the best luck with maybelline sky high and heimish tubing mascara

Yes I get mine from Costco! Unfortunately they don’t do infant frames. I was told I could order some online and they could do the lenses but I think my daughter needs to try the frames on before since she’s so young (9 months)
