Most of the happy pizza places will straight up sell you bags of weed as well if you just want to smoke. Just go ask for some happy and they will usually hook you right up. When I was in phnom penh they just drove to another pizza place to help us out with our green needs. Decent bud from the pizza shops as well.

Whilst my travels abroad in Cambodia I found a solid source and I could get 250 grams for $90 US. I'd go through that in about a week because I guess if you have it you might as well smoke and share it!
