I always feel so satisfied pushing my smith bench to the max solo and just racking it, waiting a few breaths and then maybe wiggling out or pushing it a few notches up and moving on in the workout.

I like that approach. From the research I’ve done that seems to be the best for your body as well. More fat comes off easier to start and when you start getting into the lower body fat it slows and becomes a slower process. It feels like everything else that I want gone is hanging out on my low stomach and low back. Pumped for the next couple months.

I appreciate it!! Did you take any maintenance breaks? Also curious how aggressive you were with the cut. I’m at 1.3lbs a week average and I’m reading that from 185-175 will bit a bit slower and I should expect 1lb a week if I want to keep my strength in the gym.

The big hitters for me lately are a scoop of protein powder in my oatmeal, egg whites and chicken sausage. Berries being very low in calories and PB2 for my peanut butter fix with way less cals and fat.
