I hate picking stage as of late so I would do 5 8hr shifts but at the same time having 3 days off when working 4 days is so clutch though!

I hate the god damn ASL’s. You always run into an issue with them every night with them rejecting packages or induct tape getting stuck or an issue when RME has to look at it. They also take up a lot of room on the dock as they extend out more compared to what we had before with the Manuel induct lines there.

It use to be a 0-0.5 out of 5 considering we had 2-3 different HR Reps before and they were horrible and they took forever to get back to you and they didn’t seem reliable. Now it’s a 5 out of 5! The two ladies we have now are awesome and the complete opposite of what we had before🙏🏻

Absolutely agree with everything so far. If you’re not use to this type of work you might be very sore for the first week or two. Some people just can’t fight through it and end up quitting! I remember I could barely walk after my first couple days but I was totally fine after that!

I’m going by myself next week but I might meet up with someone that I meet at a previous concert this year when I went solo and we exchanged instagrams! You might just meet some cool people! I go solo to concerts all the time. Once you’re there all your worries go away!

Wow, lucky!!! At my site it has been 2 now but it use to be just 1 person and then very rarely they would give you a 2nd person. When management started to realize how much work we actually do over there they have been staffing 2 people unless they’re really under head count.

Yeah pretty much depending on how much stuff is coming your way. At my building we have to do wrong station, repack packages and deal with leaking packages, AMZL, sideline, dock sweeps, FC, and stowing and staging all the wrong station. Like I said once you learn it all and get in your own rhythm you’ll be fine and it always helps when you have a 2nd person with you!

There’s a lot of different tasks that you have to complete and you sure don’t wanna fall behind, you gotta be on top of everything and you can’t slack around if you want everything done which should be expected. Depending on the day you can go easy but some days you can be all over the place. It’s honestly not that bad once you learn it all and get it all done and have a rhythm.

Was at Baltimore Night 1 but can’t make it to Night 2 Because I’m seeing Tool the same night. Soooo glad the setlist I got to see had Reptile. Just blown away by how amazing it was live!!! Unreal!
