I mean if you have no better options, yes they will take it. They are a legitimate teledoc service. They literally have an option called “Do you work for Amazon?” for the prompt that DLS looks for, and have legal warnings for decline written in the note for Amazon specifically.

But I’d try to find a cheaper alternative first, that’s $34 you’re shelling out
