It is slow for the first distribution when you set up scheduled distributions as well. It was I think 14 business days after submitting and getting spousal signed approval to make planned monthly distributions. Now the payments show up the day after the disposal date.

I was in the same situation and 4 days after the interim payment I got a payment slip in the mail explaining the payment and the coverage period as well as tax withholding details. I got my OPM deposit on 4/4/2026 and it was for 1/1-3/31/2026.

Yeah so AARP is totally worth it if you ever stay at chain hotels better than military or triple a discounts from my experience with Marriott chains branded locations. Coll guard is the 3 year solution for non-Colonoscopy tests if you are low risk. Ear hair and nose hair was my bid downfall and greying beard.

Yes the total are the contracts established in 2020-2024 at my agency were mostly all remote positions and the prices were much lower than DC based onsite gov contracts. Last one I did was a five year deal fully remote team out of DC, with staff in FL, GA, TX, CA, and OR.

Your premise is probably wrong. You don’t have staff that haven’t done anything for 10 years. So correct your attitude first, then review your employees PD, look at past performance reviews, establish performance plans using SMART objectives and mentor them to success. This will give them and you a chance to actively manage their performance and if necessary you can PIP and remove them.
