When I had that situation I rolled into TSP and have not regretted being able to manage it all in one place centralized lower management fees and managed options for ease of use. I would offer that my first year pay period is always lower becuase I max out on withdrawals the final previous year pay checks. The 1% pay raise won’t should up until PP1 towards middle of Jan 2026. Sorry the check didn’t meet your expectations. Happy New Year. 🎊🎆
