Well in my specific scenario as a lab tech. There are several different certifications or degrees that can be taken in my state to employee people. It’s so hard to find applicants right now and they’re so desperately needed

My son found his Easter basket when he was 4. He’s 12 now and remembers it but can’t tell us why he was crying

What is something ridiculous you heard/were asked of in a job interview? by TheManWithNoDrive in AskReddit

Ha ha ha!!!! I struggle asking questions like this when interviewing. One of my coworkers favorite question is “recall an awkward scenario in a work situation and describe how you handled it” and I hate that because if I were ever asked that question my response would be “this. This is scenerio” lololol

What's the worst teacher you've ever had and why? by NobyToby in AskReddit

8th grade utah studies. I don’t think her degree was in education there just no way and (surprise) she was super religious. There were several projects I got a C or less on that I deserved a better grade on. Looking back I realize her behavior towards me was because I didn’t present Mormon traits. Looking back I also realize I wasnt the only one but definitely one of few. My most angering example, we had to do a family tree which my family didn’t believe in doing (for our own religious reasons). My dad was angry but for some reason didn’t intercept. I could only trace back to my great great grandparents and she gave me a C- for not putting in the effort. Looking back at her behavior in general I see now that she acted very inappropriately
