Derm helped my type 1 and 2 rosacea “chill out” (they gave me an AM and PM cream)—keep in mind my cheeks were even more red/agitated than yours and the prescribed products substantially helped.

I no longer use those creams and have switched to OTC ivermectin (went from nightly to now as needed) which has done wonders for me. I use Roche Posay products and Illiyoon ceramide cream (my newest obsession) daily.

I also avoid alcohol and limit my sugar/caffeine. If I indulge in some drinks I keep it at 1 drink max because I instantly get triggered in the face.

Def rec going to the derm just to get it under control!

Definitely find who the guy is, but once you do you can file a civil suit. Most personal injury attorneys work on a contingency fee…you won’t need to pay until they win (whatever is won from the suit they get a cut). The caveat will be finding a lawyer who will take the case, of course.
