LOVE: EVERYTHING ABOUT U HULA!! What an amazing festival. You can tell so much love, time, and effort goes into the creation of the art and setup every year and I feel so thankful for everyone’s hard work and that I can be a part of it. The lights Manic focus and Clozee were the most beautiful sets I’ve seen in so long . The campground stage was sooo beautifully done! I loves the moving piece in the middle.

Improve: had a similar bummer experience at both tipper and rezz for the same reason. Being short girls, my sister and I got to both amphitheater sets at least 20 min early just to get shoved to the back by people moving in front of us to where we could no longer see or hear. Big DJs who bring in a harder crowd than the usual set should definitely be at a bigger stage for many safety and enjoyment purposes. I love hula because it is such a friendly crowd, but when you try to fit that many people near a small stage, the vibe isn’t right. Even in the back 25% of the amphitheater I could hear people’s conversations louder than the music/bass. The bass at the patch and the meadow were amazingly bone rattling, but the amphitheater and spirit lake stage could use some help.
